TRUST Psychological Safety Assessment

TRUST Psychological Safety Assessment

Psychological safety is the condition in which people feel secure enough to take interpersonal risks within a social or organisational environment, knowing that their contributions, challenges, and mistakes will not lead to harm.

The TRUST Psychological Safety Assessment measures your perception of psychological safety within your team.

During the assessment you will be asked to rate a series of statements based on your actual experience.

Once you have submitted your responses, you’ll receive and email detailing your results, and showing in which areas psychological safety levels are low, medium or high.

Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any point. Your responses will be used solely to produce your individual report.
