Responder Resilience provides psychometric assessments, well-being assessments, training programmes, consultancy services, and related psychological support services to individuals and organisations.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services independently.

Payment Terms
Fees for services, where applicable, are stated clearly prior to engagement.
Payment is required in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All payments must be made in pounds sterling (£).
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel any service booked directly with Responder Resilience by providing written notice at least 7 days before the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost.
Wherever possible, alternative arrangements may be made to reschedule services, within the spirit of fairness to both Eudemonics and client.
Refunds will not be issued once a service has been completed, unless otherwise required by law.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Responder Resilience CIC owns the intellectual property rights in the website, services, and materials.
All these intellectual property rights are reserved.
You must not:
- Republish material from this website or our resources (including republication on another website).
- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the website.
