Applicable law

By visiting www.responderresilience.com you agree that the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Responder Resilience CIC or its associates.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to www.responderresilience.com or to products you purchase through www.responderresilience.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in The United Kingdom, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Responder Resilience CIC intellectual property rights, Responder Resilience may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court of the United Kingdom, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Site policies, modification and severalty

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

All invoices for services provided by Responder Resilience CIC or its agents are payable within 28 days, unless stated otherwise at times sale or in contract.

Cancellation of pre-booked educational services more than 28 days prior to the date of service delivery will incur the loss of any deposit secured against the requested services. Cancellation of such services within 14 days of the delivery date will incur full costs of the agreed full payment. Reasonable postponements will be considered, where it is of benefit to both the client and Responder Resilience CIC.

Payment for personal services is required 7 days prior to the date of any pre-booked appointment. Cancellation of personal services within 14 days of the intended appointment date will incur full costs being incurred to the client, unless a suitable arrangement can be agreed upon. Reasonable postponements of personal services will be considered, where it is of benefit to the client and
