TRUST-5 Psychological Safety Survey

Psychological safety is the condition in which people feel secure enough to take interpersonal risks within a social or organisational environment, confident that their contributions, challenges, and mistakes will not lead to harm.

The TRUST-5 psychological safety survey measures five factors of psychological safety within teams:

  • Tolerance
  • Respect
  • Understanding
  • Support
  • Transparence

During this short survey you will be asked to rate a series of statements based on your actual experience.

Once you have submitted your responses, you will receive and email detailing your results.

Your responses will be used solely to produce your individual report.
